To, service provider airtel 3g department, i had purchased a 3g sim before last month,but this month i am getting not good speed,speed is always zero more time when i use internet,i had complaint airtel customer care so many times but all time they do'nt solve my problem,my complaint no on latest 13th feb was c-3gsp-[protected], today i am getting a fake massage from airtel that your problem resolved,sir my problem is same as before. so finly i am giving my experience about airtel 3g provider ,your customer care handling to customer in very bad mannars and i think not satisfied to every customer, if my problem ia not solved in limited time then i will disttroyed this sim no is-[protected],my mob no -[protected] for resolved problem information Was this information helpful? | |||
