[Resolved] Latestone.com — Did not receive my product after payment | |||
I had online ordered Sony Xperia M2 mobile cover and paid 399 Rs. on-line on 4th July 2015. My order number is #L1677285 and CCA reference No. is[protected] Even after months I did not receive any product or any notification. I raised many complaints but they did not respond. Finally one day they called me and said they will be refunding my amount but till this date I did not get a penny back, neither they take any pain to contact me again. I already raised the complaint earlier but the guts this company have. Without ever contacting me, they declared the issue has been solved and closed the ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 25, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Not a single step has been taken by company to resolve the issue. They neither called me nor sent me any mail or message. My money is not refunded neither did I received product. And my complaint is not yet resolved LatestOne.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
