Dear Sir, I have received ear phone in damaged condition .it is not working properly. I ordered " In ear stereo headset for Xiaomi redmi note universal with mic voice control white"But i have received other madel i.e "samsung galaxy note3/S4/S5/S6". Kindly replace the item as per my order on priority.Otherwise please collect this damaged item and revert my payment i.e.Rs.299/- on priority. Regards, Harshal Kagde.
