[Resolved] Latestone.com — Money deducted two times and received wrong product. | |||||
I Orderd xiami redmi note2 headset.Order no SO1662364 & SO1662266.Order happend two times for same product i cancelled one order(SO1662266) but i did not get money back.Other one i received is wrong product it is the headset for samsung 5S.I requested for replacement but no responce at all.Im trying to call customer care no' but it looks fake. Apr 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Very next day after my complaint latest one executive called me. For one order she took refund request and took the Bank details like Bank Name, Account No, Account holder Name, IFSC Code, Adress. For other order (which i received wrong product) she took reverse pick up request.After four days courier boy took the product reverse and on the same day i.e 28/03/2016 i got refund for my first order then later on 30/03/2016 again they asked Bank datails for my second order through mail.Finally on 7/4/2016 I got refund for second order.With in 15 days from the date of my complaint they gave refund for both the orders. LatestOne.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
