[Resolved] Latestone.com — one product delivered but other not received

I am T.R.Rane ordered one stereo earphones and one 2 in 1 USB OTG on 31 St August 2018 via Aramex logistics docket no [protected].
I received the package yesterday but one product is missing I received earphones but USB is missing.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
