[Resolved] Latestone.com — Regarding refund of a product. | |||||
Hello, My name is deepak kumar and i purchased a health tracker watch from latest one long ago. It was returned by me within 7 das because of some technical issue. I am writing this because they are not returning my 999 inr and it is now 2 months and they are giving me same mail again and again but not returning my money. My order id is s01881325 and i opened a ticket (Ticket #536026) on their site but unable to get my money back. Screen shot of the tickets are attached. Please advice what to do. For Latest One Customer Care, firstly take a class on what exactly a Customer Care means.
next no bloody from Latestone care about complaints, I don't know why. It should be LATE STONE instead latest one. The Worst Service I have ever seen in my life, not even a shop keeper delay in such amount.

I m Varun,
I had ordered a back panel for my phone for INR 349,
Order was successful and I was promised that it will be delivered within 5-7 days but all in vain.
Then I received a mail that my order iz canceled by the seller - without reason
And my money will be automatically credited to my account but till date nothing has happened.
I hv opened tickets for complaints at regular intervals but no replies... Nothing
Plz friends don't ever buy anything from this site, these people are cheats...
