Dear sir,

I have not received the item against order lo3115296 the tracking no [protected]. And i reverted the issue to you but in your mail i was advised to track it with aramex people and i have done so.

I have checked in the mentioned tracking link of aramex but nothing could be tracked as it shows
"[protected] invalid number / data not currently available"

I have also send a mail to aramex and they replied as below:
Dear mr basu,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please note the waybill number stated in your request does not show in our records, and therefore:
The waybill number is either incorrect.
Or the shipment has not been.
Electronically scanned.
Handed over to aramex yet.
Or the shipment has been sent with a different courier company.
To assist you in tracking your shipment quickly, you are kindly requested to verify the waybill number or supply us with:
Shipment origin or destination
Full shipper/consignee names and their phone numbers.
Once you provide us with the above information, we will update you at the earliest time possible.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any information or clarification.

Now i do request you to please either make necessary arrangement to deliver the item to my address or else return the money to my sbi account from where it was debited.

It is hardly possible for me to run from post to pillar for the item purchased from an institution like you.
