[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — After sales service center in ghatkopar(auroma store)

ITS worst to worst service center in this ghatkopar area .I had lava iris 405+ which has problem of display i surrended that moblie to service center on warranty basis they provided recipt in which tems & conditions has been given in which 15days of conditons is given if by change by change sum parts of moblie is not there then it will take some week but how much week .I had submitted moblie on 27/9/2014 they provided the contact numbers of there which is mostly SWITCH-OFF how should we know that mobli is been repaired or not .on 23/10/2014 they given me moblie which having some problem they told me sir moblie repair u can use now when i see the moblie the TOUCH NOT WORKING when i have to call number is switch off on that day gone to service center check problem of moblie they told it will take 10days to repair the moblie right now we have not having the parts in stock they provided me the old work order number[protected] they even not provided new work order numder .IF ITS TAKE THAT MUCH TIME THEN THEY SHOULD EXENTDED THE WARRARNTY OF MOBLIE(AUROMA STORE THIRD CLASS CENTER IN GHATKOPAR IN MUMBAI)
