I have color era x. Sir I have heating problem in my phone. I had visited customer care two times but the problem is still same. It heats a lot when it is in use. Your customer care even don't know what is the main problem. If phone will blast u company will have to take the responsibility. Because my phone is in warranty period.if any accident happens I will definitely sue you in consumer court..Otherwise solve my problem as soon as possible.
