The product has been purchased on 11/04/2017 from NU-YORK Teleworld at kolkata-700001 and on same day i could find following problems:
1) Two white dots on bottom of screen that disappeared on 12/04/2017.
2) The phone hangs a lot, even simple calling is diffcult and there is problem in keypad it is very tight which makes it difficult to type, call, going back, accessing menu.
3) There was dent in the battery and there is even crack in charger. Battery is very much tight or say incompatible with phone as it is too much difficult to remove the battery.
4) The phone was sold saying it is a 4G handset but it doesnot support 4G actually, it supports only 2G. The seller even told me it has Wifi but it actually doesnt have it.
5) Sometimes it is difficult to hear voice of person on phone even though network shows full. May be call drop issue or speaker problem.

Even the 24 hours have not elapsed of purchasing the phone I have gone to shop and they sent me to the service center- Sushila Infotel at C.I.T Road scheme Kolkata -700 014. They have kept me waiting for 4 hours after which they have told me to come on 13/04/2017.
I just told them to raise the replacement request but they didn, t listen and kept me waiting. Is it the only our job to purchase the phone and just next day run through service center.

On 13th April LAVA Care called me and said for battery dent and broken charger I should have verified before purchasing from retailer and I may clarify here it's the most unprofessional reply given by LAVA. Customer is not allowed to verify mobile, charger or battery before purchase of mobile (its common sense the mobile is seal packed). Shopkeeper has opened the seal in front of me only after I have purchased the mobile after seeing demo mobile. And once I have noticed the default I immediately contacted retailer which showed me the way to service center.

Secondly, LAVA people on 13 th April (after deposit of mobile in service center), tells me that phone supports only Reliance JIO 4G and I should have verified LAVA website before purchasing mobile (as 4G is not working). I may clarify that before purchase of mobile it's not possible to verify its feature on company's website before purchase. Further I have read on Mobile box before purchase and its clearly written LAVA 4G Connect M1 VoLTE Calling, but its nowhere written its supports only Reliance JIO 4G and doesn't support 4G of other service provider. I have even checked LAVA website and it says "Connect M14G India's first 4G-enabled feature phone
MRP Rs 3599". Nowhere it is mentioned that it doesn't support 4G of other networks Like Vodafone, Airtel or it supports only Reliance JIO 4G.
Even when I have given it to service centre on 12th April 2017 they themselves didn't knew that it supports only Reliance JIO 4G. They experimented and made me wait for five hours and then they told me to come on 13th April and now they have concluded that it will support only reliance JIO 4G and mobile is ready. I think its a kind of cheat to sell the mobile with features that it doesn't have or support.
Our time is valuable and we feel pain when we purchase mobile and within 24 hours we have to run to service centre. At least there should be attempt to refund if complain is received within 24 hours. I have gone for replacement but they denied. Now, I would require both refund and compensation for loss of time and peace of mind.
Seller or mobile company shouldn't cheat on customers by fooling them and explaining them with features that mobile don't support. I think it's a brand difference. Product like samsung, Nokia and Motorola are good at service providing.

I bought Lava A97 mobile from "converge" ---- Kolkata=14, on 13/04/2017. From the first day, the harassment began; --- after switching off at night, I failed to switch on the set in next morning. I had to run to the dealer barefooted. After long waiting, they kept my mobile with them, & blamed me of mishandling. After repeated visit, they informed me, that the set was declared "DOA". Accordingly another set was provided to me. The glass protector, that I applied on my original set (immediately after buying), was not returned to me. On repeated inquiry, the same was returned in severely broken condition. I compelled to buy another glass cover on my own. The so called NEW mobile started its play at once. sometimes it becomes so heated, that I become afraid of explosion. Its battery use to drain very quickly. The most problematic part is, vanishing of "VoLTE" function, off & on. without it, no calls are possible from the mobile with Jio 4G SIM. Now, The dealer washed his hands & has shown me the way to service center. What I found in customer review, is terrible about the service center at Kolkata-700014. Long (for a customer it was 4 hours) waiting & repeated visit is almost impossible for me (or any one, who is dedicated to their own profession). Please help me, to get rid of.

    using lava X81 since nov 2016.after 4months faced battery problem.urs service center failed to resolve battery problem by launch new software on it ;after 8 hours of submission the handset.bathinda service center even ur ASM can not provide service even talk and knowledged him that service battery not in stock of service center.plz help or do the needfull as earlier.

      I am one of the customer used lots of Lava Mobiles. Present i have an model of Lavax10 and Loved it, using since last one and half year it’s unfortunately display has been broken by my hand and touch was working properly. I was searching out for the original display, for the same so I gave it to your care center as on date[protected]. They issued an manual slip as repair card/job sheet etc. not even an computer generated job sheet they said that the display and touch (combo) will have to be change that part fully damaged and it will cost around 2300rs, I agreed for repair, They said by it will be done on or before Saturday (i.e[protected] or within 1 week your mobile will be repaired.I visited as on same delivery date to get my mobile when I visited they were saying that which we had placed ordered for the part that received damaged hence we placed another Oder of the part, even they didn’t informed me by telephone still I visited. Till now my mobile not yet has been repaired. Still they didn’t yet received part from the courier, that they are not tracking any details.It’s more than 16 days each and everyday I was calling them that my mobile had been repaired or not. As the same they are saying courier problem, can’t provide the proper service after means they don't have any responsibilities for normal customer. I am highly disappointed in this Service center which i believe is a good services of lava mobiles and that you have a name to protect, unfortunate the name of your service center had been dragged me in mud.

        HI sir. This is Dinesh from andhra pradesh. i will buy a mobile lava x50 at HYDERABAD cost of 7500. 3 months working in good condition.then repair not repair, repairs started.
        1.firstly LCD problem.
        2.after three days fhone simply dead.
        2.then after 15 days i got mobile, with light blinking.
        4.after 15 days the mobile in my hand without display.
        5.22/3/2017 i will submit my mobile in service center. now it is on the courier.

          Sir, I had problem in my phone, in which my phone switched suddenly and not started, I took my phone to lava service centre and I explained the respective problem to the them, after listening he took my phone, as my phone is under the warranty period, after two days they returned my phone, firstly it works good but after some time phone get heated extremely and switced off and not get started as like my previous problem. So it's a very huge neglegency by the Lava care I think.So please took some legal action against it.

            After that i got the msg from your service center, this mobile is under problem, so please replace the mobile where you was purchase. Regarding this again i went to erode "chennai mobiles' show room and purchase new mobile lava - a 97 4g on 11th march.. I was very upset, bez the new mobile also problem (I try to call any one - after one minitue only outgoing call was connet & any bodies called me - not reachable done reflect). The same i was explained to same lava mobiles - coimbatore service center and handover the my new second mobile. Three days gone. But no reply from your autorised service center.

            What can i do???

              Lava mobiles' screens and body are acclaimed to be solid, don't tend to break or damage easily.
              A model of lava x17 4g was purchased 2-3 months ago.
              Unfortunately, it fell from a height of around 3 feets.
              A non lava mobile would have expected to be broken but not lava.
              Absolutely dissatisfied by the acclaimation made. A compensation is highly asked.

                      I have purchased one Lava X50+ From Hot spot & solutions pvt ltd Dalhousie store vide Inv no[protected]dt 16/02 17.From the day one it is malfunctioning.my all efforts to replace the set from shop owner became frutile, .finally as per advice of shop owner I visited customer care B.D.R.Comunication 306 A.P.C. Road, Sealdha kolkata to collect D.O.but they make me to sit for three (3) hours and after all they kept my set for obtaining D.O. by work order no[protected] DT 23/02 17, my email to their customercare seems to be futile. on the subject.Please interven in the matter and resolve the issue once for all and oblige.

                        I have purchased a Lava A 89 in November 2016 from Vijay Sales Crown Plaza Sector-15 Faridabad and from the very 1st day i got serious Manufacturing problems in this set. Battery Drainage still i was not using mobile, Charging problem (Mobile is not starting after several hours of charging) and touch problems. I went to the shop from where i purchased this mobile and they agreed that the set has problems but could not solve the issue and told me to go to the nearest Lava centre. But as a consumer i wish to know how they are selling the defected product and is there no responsibility they have they are spoiling your market reputation and making this feel that lava is the worst company in mobile industry. I went to the service centre 3-4 times but every time the shop was closed.

                        They suggest me this handset and now they are saying that they could not help me out in this matter and i have to speak to lava people. How disgusting this is.

                          I had already reset our phone by factory default and hard reset lot of times but when after phone is on than lots of application down lode automatically.Its automatically switch on our data pack or wireless internet.i have not configure our play store but downlode started.Battery consume lots if charge full of battery.

                            Sir I have heating problem in my phone. I had visited customer care two times but the problem is still same. It heats a lot when it is in use. Your customer care even don't know what is the main problem. If phone will blast u company will have to take the responsibility. Because my phone is in warranty period.if any accident happens I will definitely sue you in consumer court..Otherwise solve my problem as soon...

                            I had purchsed Lava A 79 mobie through Chennai Mobiles In Erode brance on 21/02/2017 afternoon 12.20. That time i ws informed to shop guy to switch off the mobile, I will charge in night. I came back to home ( Coimbatore ) and try to charge the mobile, But Mobile not charging. Next day ( 22/02/2017 ) i went to Coimbatore Lava service center & Told the complaint .The team check the mobile around 1 hour and then replace the Battery with warrnty. Without i am using the mobile i feel very bad openion about LAVA

                                Its lava a68, which I bought from amazon, in October 2016.
                                Seems like software problem. Multiple Windows are not opening, and only bottom right hand back button is working. The menu which used to drop down from top, stopped functioning totally. How to get it to work?
                                I have bought lava a68 before one month it worse mobile it's always hang and the battery drain out very quickly.my experience it very bad with lava

                                  FYI PFB...I am facing problem from LAVA brand.
                                  On 12 Feb 2017 I bought your company smart phone for giving gift to one of my friend but as per my expectation(and you proved it) as you are fake company, once my friend connected it for charging it's not working and whenever we went to mobile shop they said submit it to care center and we are not responsible for it. So for your information I want to say that your care center is at district place and we don't have time to go there and repair your faulty mobile so I want my money refund or another handset ASAP. And I want prompt reply from you people because I want to post your reply on social network i.e. Facebook and twitter.

                                    Sir I Mohammed Hashim Bhat from baramulla bought a mobile from lava mobile distributer and within a days he got a sim fault and after usage off few days I got problem of battery drainage in it before and after it went to service center near about I went there 100times no response is good to accept always a litlle or many excuses they give and still they didn't try to make the fault of my phone clear my contact no [protected]

                                      I purchased Lava arc Blue from flipkart on 31st May 2016 . My order Id is OD[protected] on flipkart. You can cross verify if you want to.
                                      After using the phone for 10 days, i witnessed an odd problem of network connectivity in sim 1 slot. The network use to go in emergency state now and then.
                                      I contacted Lava service center in Vasai (W), maharashtra
                                      The contact person there was Ashutosh ; his contact details are [protected] /[protected] /[protected]
                                      He gave me my phone back saying he had flashed my phone with new software update and it will be fine now
                                      The phone worked fine for few days
                                      due to some private issues, i stopped using that phone . After few months, i started using the phone back and the same network issue which bothered me at the time of purchase still exist.
                                      I again went to service center and submitted my phone again.
                                      After a week, i got a reply from the center that the phone cant be repaired free of cost.
                                      Just because your workers are lacking the expertise to solve my issue ; they told that there is a liquid damage.
                                      a phone that i havent used at all and ahd problems from the start, how can there be any such sort of damage

                                      I told your representative to put my request ahead, he told me nobody will listen and the repair charges will be deducted from his salary . Is this kind of warranty, Lava is providing

                                      As you have got my issue, please do the best in my case and i would like if you issue a replacement in my case
