I purchased Lava arc Blue from
flipkart on 31st May 2016 . My order Id is OD[protected] on
flipkart. You can cross verify if you want to.
After using the phone for 10 days, i witnessed an odd problem of network connectivity in sim 1 slot. The network use to go in emergency state now and then.
I contacted Lava service center in Vasai (W), maharashtra
The contact
person there was Ashutosh ; his contact details are [protected] /[protected] /[protected]
He gave me my phone back saying he had flashed my phone with new software update and it will be fine now
The phone worked fine for few days
due to some private issues, i stopped using that phone . After few months, i started using the phone back and the same network issue which bothered me at the time of purchase still exist.
I again went to service center and submitted my phone again.
After a week, i got a reply from the center that the phone cant be repaired free of cost.
Just because your workers are lacking the expertise to solve my issue ; they told that there is a liquid damage.
a phone that i havent used at all and ahd problems from the start, how can there be any such sort of damage
I told your representative to put my request ahead, he told me nobody will listen and the repair charges will be deducted from his salary . Is this kind of warranty, Lava is providing
As you have got my issue, please do the best in my case and i would like if you issue a replacement in my case
