Lazy Pay — Regarding calls for payment calls which I don't owe

I Niharika Rani want to let u know that on 31 December I booked movie ticket of 1044 using book my show app and opted for cash on delivery, keeping in my mind that plan might be changed, that was redirected to lazy pay at that time, and neither we watched the movie not we visited to that place but now I am getting calls from lazy pay to clear my payment as I have clarified already to them that I haven't watched the movie so why should I but after all this they are giving me many calls a day and forcing me to pay the bill for the movie which I haven't watched.. please help..
