Lazypay is an easy way to use but I want to delete my account from your databases.actually i have raised and mailed since last month but no reply .i have taken loan and repaid the money to Lazypay so now plz I just want to delete my account from your databases.plz resolve this issue as soon possible plz

    Hi Lazypay, i tried to contact you by your mail but it was all in vein, i made a payment using your wallet to Mobikwik but that payment failed, and amount got refunded but it is still not showing in your app, kindly work into it. My due date is coming soon and i don’t want to pay for the amount that I didn’t spend. Kindly look into this matter and have a better response team.

      Hi. I cannot access my account i not able to login to my account. Whenever i try logging in the OTP come and says that it is incorrect or wrong OTP. It auto detect the OTP still the same problem is coming. What is the issue? My number is [protected]. Please solve it as soon as possible. Thankyou.

        I haven't received my refund of Rs. 2080.80 . The merchant already refunded my amount as on date 04.01.22 . I have written emails also on lazypay mail id even after more than 8 days I haven't received any reply. Please do the needful at earliest.

          I made a transaction of Rs. 800 on Cibil website while buying a subscription plan. The transaction is shown being paid on lazypay app but it failed on Cibil website. Kindly refund my money soon.

              So I paid my outstanding amount on time but my money was still auto debited from my account. So I paid 4, 418.2 rs twice.

              I have been emailing them constantly for 7 days asking for a refund but no response.

              Now in my lazypay account it says money has been refunded but I still dont see any refund in my account.

                I’m syed abullais I have visited PVR palazzo on 24th December 2021 i paid 740 rupees twice(rs 1480) through lazy pay and both times my transaction successful from my end but not credited to merchant account, I Have sent many main till today no response, I have charged penalty for not repaying the RS 1480

                  I have paid to libas Impex of Rs. 2080.80 as on date 29.12.21 but I have returned the product so merchant initiated refund for the same as on date 04.01.2022 . I still haven't received my refund in lazypay. I tried to contact lazypay number but didn't connect. I wrote many emails but no reply. This is really pathetic service I don't understand how can RBI authorize such kind of company who are irresponsible

                    Regarding calls for payment calls which I don't owe

                    I Niharika Rani want to let u know that on 31 December I booked movie ticket of 1044 using book my show app and opted for cash on delivery, keeping in my mind that plan might be changed, that was redirected to lazy pay at that time, and neither we watched the movie not we visited to that place but now I am getting calls from lazy pay to clear my payment as I have clarified already to them that I haven't watched the movie so why should I but...

                    This is to inform you that I have already cleared the lazypay statement for Rs. 20000 through phone pay upi on 3th January 2022, as was the due date for same,
                    But on 4th January 2022, morning, I found out that the same amount of Rs.20000 has been auto debited from my saved bank account again towards lazypay.

                    Please find the attached statement for my bank account where the same amount has been debited twice on two consecutive days.
                    This should not be happening at all as the moment I paid Rs.20000 on 3th January 2022, I got success message as well on my registered mobile number.
                    Kindly help me refund my money back to my account as soon as possible. Registered mobile number [protected]

                            I dont know why you people have put my credit balance in grace i was having 1352 /- as my balance but now its showing -648 /- i have written this plenty of times the same from when you people have graced my 2000/- therefore today is my due date to pay my outstanding amount but unless and until i dont recive my balance i will not be paying the due as my account balance was deducted where i havent used it so i want my refund. i also need a call back from you.

                              I have made a transaction on on[protected] via lazy but the same was been cancelled for the order no KETCH[protected] the payment dues was also been made me on the same day itself till now i have not received my credit amount in account.

                                  On 19th of dec i have done a transaction of rs-493.36/- before doing this transaction i have cleared my all old due on time but now they are showing me due amount of rs- 773.57/- almost 280rs extra don't know why there coustmer service is off they are not even replying any complaints registered on there app by me and they are charging me extra amount 3rd time
