I have paid to libas Impex of Rs. 2080.80 as on date 29.12.21 but I have returned the product so merchant initiated refund for the same as on date 04.01.2022 . I still haven't received my refund in lazypay. I tried to contact lazypay number but didn't connect. I wrote many emails but no reply. This is really pathetic service I don't understand how can RBI authorize such kind of company who are irresponsible...

I Niharika Rani want to let u know that on 31 December I booked movie ticket of 1044 using book my show app and opted for cash on delivery, keeping in my mind that plan might be changed, that was redirected to lazy pay at that time, and neither we watched the movie not we visited to that place but now I am getting calls from lazy pay to clear my payment as I have clarified already to them that I haven't watched the movie so why should I but...

This is to inform you that I have already cleared the lazypay statement for Rs. 20000 through phone pay upi on 3th January 2022, as was the due date for same,
But on 4th January 2022, morning, I found out that the same amount of Rs.20000 has been auto debited from my saved bank account again towards lazypay.

I had made payment on last day of due date sussessfully but still after that same amount debited from my account twice.. So i had mailed to refund of amount but no reply from any support.....

I have made payment of 9500₹ to a merchant, amount deducted from my lazypay credit, but not credited to merchant account. Will u please help me with this....

On 19th of dec i have done a transaction of rs-493.36/- before doing this transaction i have cleared my all old due on time but now they are showing me due amount of rs- 773.57/- almost 280rs extra don't know why there coustmer service is off they are not even replying any complaints registered on there app by me and they are charging me extra amount 3rd time...

Stop The Fake Offers and thus get the customer to gain attention to their platform
Got a promotional Sms from them containing a URL that stated once performing the next transaction we get a 50% off.
One successfully claiming the same there is no such offer being applied into my account. Checked the statements but couldn't find any credits.
On trying to contact the team there is no response for 15 days.

Lazypay transaction of Rs 1112 processed with out any authentication or alerts on payment, I have not even register for Lazypay or not even logged in once and not accepted any norms but the transaction completed successfully with out my authentication.
Transaction happened through the Bookmyshow I was looking for the total cost of movie tickets but the app proceeded my order...

My balance amount of lazypay rs 801 rs due i have done payment successful through phonepe app...after successful payment also iam getting charged through interest and its showing i have not done payment and getting calls also from app side...

Recently paid 14111rs through scan and pay at reliance digital. Money got debited in my lazypay account and the merchant hasnt recieved the amount till now and there is no option to contact lazypay customer care i mailed to them till now i havent recieved any reply from the lazypay team.

It's sponsor webpage came on fb.

I paid 1885 through lazypay from this number [protected]

Now I found no tracking id. Nothing proof of placing order.

Just a mail from clubline.online.seems fake web page.

No contact no no mail ID kindly we request you to stop the payment and refund the same...

I did transaction of rs 5000 from lazyapp to angel broking on 4th December Using upi id.
Money debited from lazypay app
But when i back to angel broking app there is no payment showing
Please solve this issue as soon as possible...
