I have received messages that I have received my Xpress amount to the xx2411 account, but I did not receive any amount till yet.

Dear Useless team of Lazy pay
You are really unbelievable. You actually describe your dignity by your service. LAZY PAY, you actually proved the word LAZY.

What about my concern??
Is your team really still working on this?
I have not received any amount till now. It's more than 15days crossed but you ### started an emi count down without disbursed money. In 15 days, on what basis will I pay emi? Can you explain any valid points?

I have repeatedly shared Statements, what you ### are doing? shall I go for any legal activity?

    Very high interest rates at 42% and harassing for dues

    Hi Team,

    My name is Imran, I am being active user of Lazypay since very long, recently my dues were converted to EMI without my consent. I was unable to pay for 2 months due financial hardships I was going through....

    I used lazypay and couldn't pay all the loan at a time so I opted for EMI's which i'm paying monthly, they're charging me 35% interest pa for EMI's and apart from these they're charging me 3.5% per day for outstanding which they're already charging me, this is absurd they're charging me double interest in the name of EMI's I texted them over mail no reply.

      I had used a payment mode of LazyPay while subscribing an OTT Subscription and it had created an account in my name with a credit Limit of Rs.5000.00 which i did not intend to have.
      As I had proceeded with all questions for payment option the account was created linking to my Mobile No [protected].

      I want this account to be permanently deleted and no information to passed on to any other third party service providers. The App has also asked the permission for Contact sharing. I want all the information taken from my Mobile Phone by installing the app also to be deleted permanently from all the records of LazyPay and its subsidiaries.

        Refund of payment

        Address: 604, Rustomjee Pinnacle, Rajendra Nagar, Dattapad Road, Borviali East

        I placed an order with Polrity in the first week of September and payment was made through Lazy pay. There was time of 8 days to pay to Lazypay by which product would have delivered. Product was not delivered and merchant did not delivered the product. Lazypay insisted on payment of Rs. 899. I paid the amount as per due date. But now merchant doesn't respond and Lazypay disconnect the calls.

        In this case what should I do. Please...

        I have availed loan for 20, 000 and 3month tenure. Since the pay button doesn't work in lazypay app and link was shared by lazypay team to pay the first month (April'22)emi with penalty. The second month also I faced the same issue in the pay button and no proper resolution on that app issue from lazypay but somehow and repeated tries, I have managed to pay through the app but it was not reflected in lazypay. I have verified with my source bank and confirmed that transaction was successful. The third emi I have done imps as per the lazypay team suggestion on June 3rd.

        On same june 3rd I have received refund of emi amount which I paid for my second month May emi. I am really not sure why you have refunded it and instead of settling against my due.

        Later with your debt collecting teams suggestion, I have returned back the refunded amount back to you through imps again on June 15th.

        But later I could see only the May month due was cleared and June due was kept overdue till 10/07/2022. After multiple followups, I haven't received any solution on clearing the invalid overdue from your end. I have escalated to l2 and l3 as well in mail but no response. So I decided to pay the invalid overdue again with the increased penalty and paid on 10/07/2022.

        I have lost money with you because of your irresponse. Please refund either the amount I done through imps on 15th June or refund the amount I paid today with added penalty. And importantly clear my invalid overdue from your end.thanks

          Hi, I had taken loan 2500 from lazypay but I am unable able to pay due amount to lazypay. But now the late fees charges added and loan + late fees is about 7500. Due to financial problems I am unable to pay due ontime. I had contacted lazypay customer support regarding late fee charges but they were not responding. I'm willing to pay due but late fee charges is too heavy to me.

            I was told to get a cashback of Rs 100 on my order If I chose to pay with Lazypay but what I got on my Lazypay Account was only of Rs 12 This was my first experience with Lazypay and I am totally Disappointed with the service

              Account in CIBIL is not marked as closed - 9679333327

              I had requested LazyPay to close my account permanently. They deactivated my account on 21st July 2022.

              A personal loan of Rs 10000 is still active in my CIBIL Credit report.

              Since I requested to close my account permanently so LazyPay should also close this loan in my CIBIL but they are not doing anything.

              Every time they send automated emails, They are not taking any steps to close this loan...

              Lazypay charged Rs.295 on Rs.816 on the next day of due date. This app is the big cheater. Govt. should ban this type of app also with cheat loan apps. Company and its executives are not customer friendly. They will not remove charges if you promise to repay now. Seems the late fine is the last income of the company.

                No response from the LazyPay team they say it will be resolved soon. Today is my last date for emi .
                They are looting money in the name of PENALTY

                  Lazy pay is an worst financial company which I ever found unfaithful charges applied and they harass the customers by making calls in every minute and not only that they create their own laws when ever they feel and applies to the customers head not only that their grievance officer never acted as an mediator he always take the side of lazy pay and they never replied for legal background their reply is always like a cock and bull story

                  Unfaithful conversation into emi and the new rules and regulations MITS were it was not in past when had a service but they included it in between and implemented on us without any information or confirmation and the worst part is converting into emi without any authority or information

                    On 30/08/2022 at 1.36 pm I want to add money on Airtel wallet 5000 rs but my transaction was failed from airtel and also my money deducted from lazypay debit card . So I want to refund my money as soon as possible! Description bellow I sent some transaction failed screen shots!! My transaction ID -TXN[protected]. So please I want my money back ! !                       I had an outstanding 39K, once i have cleared it 20K again they charged me 2K once again nearly 2K again within same month with different charges names.

                      I have been paying my hard earned money to these cheaters and they never want to close the credit card, I feel that i should not have taken credit card from these cheaters.

                      now i am just paying money, No proper customer care number No proper response I am sick of these scammers.

                      Can anyone tell me how to get out this endless loop?

                        I was receiving so many calls regarding lazypay outstanding amount.On first they asked a name Vasanth Kumar and asked a phone number.I said I don’t know about that number.After few days they are asking my name and said i need to pay the amount.But I not even know about lazy pay.Then how is this possible?Kindly take any action regarding this issue

                          I have been following up with Lazypay from 16-Feb'22 to close my account and report to cibil as closed.

                          But till today I still see in my cibil as the account is active under a personal loan. No help from Lazypay was given on this issue. Every time they send automated emails and not taking this issue seriously.

                          there is a support email in which I have been sharing relevant information to act upon. The subject of the email is for quick reference to the lazy pay team.

                          I still see the same in my Cibil report as of today. When the service is not active please mark it as closed and update to cibil instead of giving customers the stress

                          As per our telephonic conversation we informed you that your complaint regarding permanently closing the Lazypay account and updating Cibil associated with registered mobile number-: [protected].

                          We would like to inform you, we have closed your account on CIBIL.

                          Further, we have already raised a request with other credit bureaus to make necessary changes related to the lazypay account. Kindly note that it will take maximum (upto 30 working days) to reflect these changes on all the CIC’s.

                          We wish to inform you that our technical team is working on the development of the system for permanent closure of the accounts and this feature will be live in production by September 2022.

                            I tried to book a hotel in kolhapur in first week of August. While booking an option of lazypay poped up. Not knowing about this organization I thought it's a hotel payment system. I never before delt with lazypay. I agreed booking. However after couple of hours I canceled booking. I forgot i booked and canceled hotel. After fortnight I started getting calls demanding Rs 1200/- odd . I denied and explained them fact. But almost dozens calls keeps on coming. Pls stop this as I never availed any service through you.

                                I'm getting frustrated with this company. I have changed the mobile from Android to iPhone 13. After that in the application, I can't see the express loan. 100+ emails I have sent them. 50+ times I called them but no one is going to help me. Sometimes getting calls from their sales team and send me on Whatsapp their number and ask me to pay there. They are going got impact my credit score. I asked them to please take your payment and close...
