I'm getting frustrated with this company. I have changed the mobile from Android to iPhone 13. After that in the application, I can't see the express loan. 100+ emails I have sent them. 50+ times I called them but no one is going to help me. Sometimes getting calls from their sales team and send me on Whatsapp their number and ask me to pay there. They are going got impact my credit score. I asked them to please take your payment and close my account but they keep ignoring me. Sir for the last 2+ months I keep asking them to help but it's impacted my civil score. I can show you the email which I have sent.
