FD Got closed a month back. UTR is given. Bt maturity amount not credited in my bank amount, it;s been more than 2 months. They must have credited wrong account, i have not received. Wrote like 15 mails, no proper reply....

I have used Lazypay service for food ordering in Zomato in July 2022. I have been using this service from around 8-10 months till now. I have been paid the bill for the service which i took sometimes on time and sometimes with late fee charges 17.7 rupees per day. In July-2022 also i suppose to pay the bill for the service i took from LazyPay. I am getting remindeer calls from LazyPay for repayment. I already told them, i am paying with late...

I have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account...

I asked Lazypay to delete my account as it was reflected as Personal Loan in my credit report. On march 3, 2022 they reported me that my account has been deactivated but as I checked on 18 July 2022 it is still reflected as personal loan my credit report. I have sent several mail to Lazypay but haven't received anything.

I request you to ask Lazypay to delete my account so that it won't appear in my credit report.

Requested to lazy pay that to delete account permanently. they saying that

"As per (Lazypay) our policies, permanent deletion of account is currently not possible. Also, If you have deactivated your account with 0 dues - It will not impact your CIBIL anymore."

how come, still i can access my account its not been deleted. surely it will hit my CIBIL so. i dont know how long they will they will store my information...

I am unable to login to my account and when I tried writing to the customer care, their response is extremely irresponsible and useless. They did not even attempt to check the problem at their end. Please find the attached response image....

One of your Agent Danish called me started using unethical language and he is very bad words regarding my family and friends he is giving torture to my family also. Please take the action or else I'll raise the complaint in all social media also ....

I had used Lazypay on Swiggy app once in June. My due amount was Rs 310. My due date was 3 July and i paid my bill on 2 july itself. Since then I am getting back to back calls for payment of my overdue bill which is not at all overdue. I have an email from Lazypay customer service that my bill is clear and i have no outstanding, complaint number 16255445. Moreover, they are now putting late fees too in the same bill which i paid on time....

I booked tickets for a movie using BookMyShow for amount of 2141. I canceled the tickets instantly as the lazypay seemed fraud as it just gave me tickets just by entering OTP. So the refund was given by BMS was 1462rs and not the full amount. Now lazypay is calling me daily, 7 to 8 times a day for a false charge of amount 678rs which they have to charge bookmyshow. The transaction number is TXN[protected] and my ticket no for complaint in lazypay...

I have made the payment through lazy pay to krishna karthick store it's a shop near me and my money deducted but the merchant didn't received it I've contacted the merchant he also didn't received the amount pls cancel the transaction and refund it I'll attach both photos...

In the condition in which I cannot pay 1000 rupees, you inflicted on me in the same condition. 1180 rupees extra charged on me I requested on your email Please reduce the charge, may not be able to do it, You are taking too much charge for 1 month, you are not giving even a few days time from above, you are doing a lot of injustice to us, That's why you can send me the link after taking off the penalty charge, I will pay it immediately....

Kranthi Kumar from Hyderabad, i have a problem with Lazypay. 19/06/2022 i pay INR 51.00 using scan and pay option in Lazypay but the transaction failed at the time but after some time the amount debited from my Lazypay account i asked to refund the amount but they refused. Please Take my complaint and help me.

Hi I am rakesh and my registered mob. No. is [protected] with lazypay.in . I have written several time to lazypay. But the are replying same.not satisfied with the replies. I am unable to deactivate my account. It is showing active in my cibil. So no other lender company is nog lending me loan.
. They have also given me a mail regarding deactivate confirmation, but still is open. Kindly close this as soon as possible....
