Hello,

Lazy pay is harassing me continuously with calls while I am not able to make the payment due to technical issues at their end I tried all kinds of payment . I get more than 20 calls a day starting at 7 am . While i said I can transfer money to one of their employees and they can pay .I have lost my father around two weeks back .i have exams in a week which is very crucial and I am being harassed like this .

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am being annoyingly disturbed by unsolicited calls and messages on a daily basis at least 5 times by Lazypay. I have no idea why they call and send messages saying I have a payment due for Rs 257/- Attached is the screenshot.
    I have never used lazy pay for any of my payments. Request you to take proper action on harassing consumers for no reason.

    Looking forward to your speedy closure on this unsolicited call/message being received from lazypay.

      Hi, @Lazy_Pay deducted 2157 from my bank account but not giving refund its been more then 5 days call centre ppl disconnect my call saying we cant help. Read many reviews regarding same issue now & raised complaint in consumer complaints dept now! PLEASE HELP ME!!! Getting my money back I WORK VERY HARD FOR MONEY DO OT AND ALL COMMON PERSON. I am attching my bank statement for proof transaction i did tried with they but they straight away rejecting and said NO PLEASE HELP ME GETTING MY MONEY I WILL NOT TOUCH THIS APP AFTER THIS😭😭😭😭

        I have done my Lazypay due payment on 19.07.2022 by using bhim.The amount has been debited and bhim is showing the transaction is successful on 5:58 pm on 19.07.2022.but Lazypay is telling that theamount is due.I have the screenshots and I did mail to them.after 15 days I haven't got my amount back.So why should I pay again.And i have the transaction successful msg also with the transaction I'd.

          My due date is tomorrow and trying since yesterday to do repayment. But all method to pay is showing technical error!
          Cheap business of pulling money through late fine?
          Customer care is not helping either.

          If i am charged for late payment and if my credit score gets affected, who will be responsible for this??

            FD Got closed a month back. UTR is given. Bt maturity amount not credited in my bank amount, it;s been more than 2 months. They must have credited wrong account, i have not received. Wrote like 15 mails, no proper reply.

              I have used Lazypay service for food ordering in Zomato in July 2022. I have been using this service from around 8-10 months till now. I have been paid the bill for the service which i took sometimes on time and sometimes with late fee charges 17.7 rupees per day. In July-2022 also i suppose to pay the bill for the service i took from LazyPay. I am getting remindeer calls from LazyPay for repayment. I already told them, i am paying with late fee charges anyway don't keep on calling me everyday and disturb my work. But this LazyPay people are calling everyday minimum 20 times and disturbing my work for repayment. person who is calling won't speak other langauge than hindi which i can't understand. When i asked them to update your system and stop calling me so many times a day, they are telling it is not possible to stop the calls. And when they call for repaymet remainder, they will demand to repay the money. We are using servic, e since it is instant pay service. But these LazyPay team are giving instant service and immediately following upfor repayment like hell. Here i am writing so that some action will be taken to change their system.

                I have a lazypay account and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.but i have sent mail to delete the account belongs to me.they are not valuing the customer request.they are just storing our personal details and forcing me to continue on lazypay.i want lazypay to completely delete the account and my remove all the documents from there data base.

                    I asked Lazypay to delete my account as it was reflected as Personal Loan in my credit report. On march 3, 2022 they reported me that my account has been deactivated but as I checked on 18 July 2022 it is still reflected as personal loan my credit report. I have sent several mail to Lazypay but haven't received anything.

                    I request you to ask Lazypay to delete my account so that it won't appear in my credit report.

                      Permanent LazyPay account deletion.

                      Requested to lazy pay that to delete account permanently. they saying that

                      "As per (Lazypay) our policies, permanent deletion of account is currently not possible. Also, If you have deactivated your account with 0 dues - It will not impact your CIBIL anymore."

                      how come, still i can access my account its not been deleted. surely it will hit my CIBIL so. i dont know how long they will they will store my information...

                          I had used Lazypay on Swiggy app once in June. My due amount was Rs 310. My due date was 3 July and i paid my bill on 2 july itself. Since then I am getting back to back calls for payment of my overdue bill which is not at all overdue. I have an email from Lazypay customer service that my bill is clear and i have no outstanding, complaint number 16255445. Moreover, they are now putting late fees too in the same bill which i paid on time.

                          Inspite of this i am continuously getting calls to make my payment. some of the calls are really nasty . I am being subjected to mental tourture, recieving close to 5 calls a day during office hours. This is affecting my work a lot. I want to complain against them and seek compensation for this tourture.

                              I booked tickets for a movie using BookMyShow for amount of 2141. I canceled the tickets instantly as the lazypay seemed fraud as it just gave me tickets just by entering OTP. So the refund was given by BMS was 1462rs and not the full amount. Now lazypay is calling me daily, 7 to 8 times a day for a false charge of amount 678rs which they have to charge bookmyshow. The transaction number is TXN[protected] and my ticket no for complaint in lazypay is 16298906.

                              He, we would like to inform you that as per our records you have performed the sale transaction of Rs 2141.16 against transaction id TXN[protected]. However you received the refund of Rs 1462.5 against transaction id TXN[protected], so still you need to repay outstanding of Rs 678.66. That is the reason you getting the collecting calls from our side and late payment charges are levied to you. Request you to please repay your outstanding amount to avoid late fee charges. Request you to please coordinate with merchant for Refund of inr Rs678.66.
