I have used Lazypay service for food ordering in Zomato in July 2022. I have been using this service from around 8-10 months till now. I have been paid the bill for the service which i took sometimes on time and sometimes with late fee charges 17.7 rupees per day. In July-2022 also i suppose to pay the bill for the service i took from LazyPay. I am getting remindeer calls from LazyPay for repayment. I already told them, i am paying with late fee charges anyway don't keep on calling me everyday and disturb my work. But this LazyPay people are calling everyday minimum 20 times and disturbing my work for repayment. person who is calling won't speak other langauge than hindi which i can't understand. When i asked them to update your system and stop calling me so many times a day, they are telling it is not possible to stop the calls. And when they call for repaymet remainder, they will demand to repay the money. We are using servic, e since it is instant pay service. But these LazyPay team are giving instant service and immediately following upfor repayment like hell. Here i am writing so that some action will be taken to change their system.
