LazyPay — Fraud transaction from my account without OTP

Thanks for update,
I am repeatedly telling your organisation (Lazy Pay)
Why have you paid this money, I have not authorised you to pay
My subscription is manual at your lazy pay, nor have I given my concern to pay
If you need to pay you have to take my concern which you have not taken, this is the fault of your company.
Kindly correct your policy, if someone has done auto pay at any website, do you take responsibility to pay, this is a policy issue which I am standing to correct by payu/lazy pay.
Because of your fault, an unnecessary issue comes to me. Your company cannot be godfather to pay money if some website has autopay, which you are not accepting. Kindly accept this, change the policy to improve customer service and confidence at your company.

I am asking for evidence for the following activity. Out of two you can show one also
1) Shall I authorise you to pay money to Lazypay. ?????
2) Did you confirm through OTP about this payment ??? That is why I am talking about fraud transactions.

If two pieces of evidence can be shown, I am ready to pay, your policy fault you cannot impose on the customer.

As per our investigation of the disputed transaction, we wish to inform you that the mentioned transaction was are auto-debit transactions and not a fraud transaction. The reminder was being sent out on 26th Dec 2022, however, Auto-Renewal Mode was not canceled within the stipulated period, bank also sends similar reminders in advance, however, even then same was not canceled, hence, not eligible for the chargeback/refund.

The auto debit is set by the user only. We also request you kindly reach out to the respective merchant and remove the auto-debit facility / for further queries.

Please ensure that you never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.
We recommend not to share your OTP, Passwords with anyone as this could lead to unauthorized access to your account.

Hi Team,
Greetings for the day!
We have checked with the merchant and received confirmation from the merchant that this is an auto debit transaction as previously you have activated SI( Standing Instruction) on Sony pictures networks India private limited.
Customer was on auto Renewal Mode and the merchant has sent a reminder on 26th Dec 22 about the upcoming renewal of your subscription (in this case 29th Dec 22). 
Customer has not canceled the subscription renewal within this period, the bank also sends similar reminders in advance.
As the customer did not cancel the renewal hence your subscription got renewed.
We regret to inform you that, we will not be able to process a refund against the outstanding amount. 
If the details are shared by the user/compromised due to users, the liability remains with the user. 
We are only a payment gateway, we requested customers to kindly get in touch with the merchant to cancel the SI( Standing Instruction) and for refund.
Please find the below attached email communication sent to the customer as Annexure_1

We recommend not to share your OTP, Passwords with anyone as this could lead to unauthorized access to your account.
