This is Rashika, actually one day I received a text that transaction of rs1119 has been made using Lazypay (I've never downloaded this app or register my self on this platform), I searched on Google it's shows that this is a way from which they make money and Lazypay has very bad image, I called on customer care but no one speaked, I ignored it. Next day I again'received same message (I'm attaching every image), then I got suspicious and downloaded the app to see what's the matter, I found that from Myntra someone has used my account, but without OTP how can they register me or without kyc how can they approve transaction, I was relaxed as I didn't share any OTP or registered myself.
I put 2-3 mails to them but they didn't reply, suddenly I received message that your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity, next day I received different message saying your account has been blocked due to payment not done meanwhile I didn't get any reply or call. Today I received a call from Lazypay they said that you've to pay your dues, I said why should I pay I didn't buy anything, and why you people didn't reply me when I was in trouble and you re calling me now for your payment. I argued for some time, they I received message that 35rs has been charged again due to not paying,
I'm not understanding what's happening and what should I do. There's no one to whom I can complaint about
LazyPay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to inform you that to investigate further we need customer complete details i.e. registered mobile number, Transaction ID, Date and Time and email ID associated with LazyPay account.
