    I have tried make the full, payment of Lazy Pay payment of December on January 3rd as I usually do but the App does not seam to go through. I could only complete the payment on the next days and they have lieved a late payment fee and refuse to waive the same. On 1st February I called thier call center again and they agreed to waive this fee, but this fee was not waived yet. On calling them again, they refuse to waive these fees. The actions of this company is fraudulent and even RBI allows 2 days grace period for clearing credit card bills from due date. The action of this company is no different from the Chinese App and thier business should be shut down

      Hi i am mamta . I was charged rs.157.50 twice on Jan 5th 2023 and one of these payments resulted in a payment gateway failure. When I asked lazypay to refund that amount .. it's almost 1 month and they have not done anything. I have escalated issue to thr RBI ombudsman. Hopefully they will put lazypay in it'd place and stop such fraud.

        Lazypay fraud: I made a payment through Razorpay and the horror started after that. I got an sms from Lazypay asking me to pay the amount I borrowed from them through Razorpay(which I didn't!)
        They didn't tell transaction or merchant details.
        How to report this to authorities?

            On 24th September 2022, I received a call stating that if I made a payment of Rs. 9180, they would waive off my late fees of Rs.3507.02. Later that evening, I made a payment and was told the fees will be waived off and Rs.3507.02 was added to my transactions but DID NOT reflect in my outstanding.

            As expected, they DID NOT WAIVE off the amount and when I emailed them about it, I was told that the phone number that I had received a call from and had called back on, didn't belong to them and I was supposed to ask the agent to waive off the fees before making the payment. IT WAS THEIR AGENT WHO TOLD ME THE PROCEDURE.

            Post all of this nonsense, they have harassed me over and over again via calls and emails and I've been promised call backs from TWO OF THEIR SUPERVISORS, ARVIND AND SARFARAZ WHO ARE COMPLETELY USELESS BECAUSE THEY HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS. ALL I KEPT GETTING WERE EMAILS SAYING THAT THEY'RE ARE LOOKING INTO MY CASE AND IT WILL TAKE TIME. I have had to change my number because of this.

            A few months ago, they had started threatening me via whatsapp about legal action and address visits without even looking at my numerous emails and calls to them. I'VE TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I'm happy to pay for my usage but I will not pay a rupee more. After all of this, I got them to close my account.

            When their collection agents had called me I've had to explain the situation over and over again because none of them have put notes on the account and they tell me that they don't have access to emails. Their company has mentally harassed me every day instead of looking into the situation and resolving it. I was very depressed after this and had to seek professional help.

            I would like to point out that I've sent numerous emails to the CEO too but he too has not helped me.

            I'm still willing to pay my outstanding amount (only my usage) The rest has to be waived off as promised.

            MY LAST COMPLAINT WAS MARKED AS RESOLVED SO I'M RESPOSTING THIS!!!

              Disgusting Service!!!

              I made payment of 728ruppes on 19 December It debited from my account but they said they didn't receive it since then I'm in contact with my bank regarding the transaction I was informed that they received my funds and the their bank confirm that but they still show my outstanding and Add more late fee, then i asked my bank account for Reverse the payment so the bank stop responding to them such a heck now my outstanding is 1000 for no reason no one there is to help

                Hi,
                I am reaching out today with regards to a recent payment I had made for my Lazypay account, registered under my phone number [protected].

                I spoke to one of your customer care representative on 2 Jan and I was assured that if I pay 15054.00 towards my outstanding balance then you won't deduct it the 2nd time from my account via Mandate/ECS. The same is also mentioned in one of the FAQs on your website. However, the ECS was still triggered and another 24272.54 had been debited from my account. (See Attached)

                There's been a death in the family 3 days ago and I'm in a tough situation at the moment. Hence I requested that they atleast provide me with a refund of that 15000 as I have a few medical bills to pay urgently..

                I AM BEING TOLD THAT THEY WON'T DO IT !!! THEY have already deducted the respective payment for this month so what's the problem is returning that 15K ???? Isn't it illegal to charge your customer for 60% more than the actual due amount value????

                  This is Rashika, actually one day I received a text that transaction of rs1119 has been made using Lazypay (I've never downloaded this app or register my self on this platform), I searched on Google it's shows that this is a way from which they make money and Lazypay has very bad image, I called on customer care but no one speaked, I ignored it. Next day I again'received same message (I'm attaching every image), then I got suspicious and downloaded the app to see what's the matter, I found that from Myntra someone has used my account, but without OTP how can they register me or without kyc how can they approve transaction, I was relaxed as I didn't share any OTP or registered myself.
                  I put 2-3 mails to them but they didn't reply, suddenly I received message that your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity, next day I received different message saying your account has been blocked due to payment not done meanwhile I didn't get any reply or call. Today I received a call from Lazypay they said that you've to pay your dues, I said why should I pay I didn't buy anything, and why you people didn't reply me when I was in trouble and you re calling me now for your payment. I argued for some time, they I received message that 35rs has been charged again due to not paying,

                  I'm not understanding what's happening and what should I do. There's no one to whom I can complaint about

                        The auto pay for loan does not happen. The does not have manual payment option. Even i[censored] contact customer service, grevience support they ask you to wait few days and then make it wantedly delayed payment. The lazypay does not show loan details

                          I took an xpress cash loan from lazy pay. They don’t auto debit even though nach is registered and it does not have an option to manually pay in the app. I proactively follow up with customer support they just asked to wait and they put penalty after so many days. This seems to be same story every month.

                            There has been financial fraud and sale of customer sensitive information.

                            I called Lazypay support team to waive off late fee charged on my Account, after ssometime approx 30 min of call, i got whatsapp message from person (Fraud Guy) claiming to be lazypay support team to help me with waiver of late fee.

                            1: As i just had call with Lazypay support team and that Fraud guy was talking same thing, he asked me to fill form to get waiver - form had OTP and Mobile Number .

                            2: I filled from and with OTP after filling 5000 from Lazypay was deducted against some merchant Komparify

                            3: OTP recived from Lazypay was simple one like form filling OTP, with no mention that it was for some payment or transaction .

                            4: I instantlly called lazypay support team to cancel this fraud transaction - to which they said they can not help and asked to get in touch with merchant - Komparify, they do not have any contact number of thier merchant partner - Komparify

                            5: i tried reaching Komparify The merchant, later on noticed that is is fraud site made for this purpose only as they do not have contact number and support email to contact them did not got delivered.

                            This is very serious fraud - where cusumers data was sold to some third party fraud or hacker, causing serious loss to them, there should be mechnism to block payment if informed same day atleast.

                            I need my money back.

                              Serious fraud and leak of customer sensitive data to hacker

                              On 4th dec 22, i called lazypay team for some extra charges on my account 2-3 time with different customer care and every time these support agent cut call in midway, after sometime i got sms on mobile that Guy with mobile number from lazypay support team - +[protected]

                              I have received messages that I have received my Xpress amount to the xx2411 account, but I did not receive any amount till yet.

                              Is your team really still working on this?
                              I have not received any amount till now. It's more than 15days crossed but you ### started an emi count down without disbursed money. In 15 days, on what basis will I pay emi? Can you explain any valid points?
