LazyPay — Lazypay pay Xpress cash not disbursed to my account

I got an offer to apply for xpress cash from lazypay app for rs 50, 000 . I added all the details and the loan was approved, i have digitally signed the agreement and submitted and it say the money will be credited to your account and is on the way from last 2 days, it's not been credited.

On help and support it says it will be credited immediately to your account but i there is no option to see anything, i even wrote emails to them but no-one replies to it.
Kindly help me out whether it will be credited or not
