I have done a transaction with ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 573.39 on dt. 01.12.2020 to Jio Mart, the transaction was failed but amount has debited from Lazypay account, I have contacted many times with Jio Mart and Lazypay, Jio Mart is telling transaction failed so you can contact with your bank, Lazypay is telling transaction has successful transferred to merchant so you talk with the merchant. I don't understand what to do. It's already more than 45 days I have not received my refund.
