    I use lazypay card on paytm on 12 jan and payment failed on paytm..and amount deducted from my lazypay account but not received the refund yet more than 8 days gone not reversed money in my lazypay account...merchant initiate refund but lazypay not providing my refund...I tried to contact lazypay teams through mail and twitter many times but no one reply to my mail..please look into this matter and refund my money.

      I made a transaction using lazy card on 14th january 2022 with transaction id 010032265501140546390000043327400000000000...but it was showing successfull at lazypay but not at merchant's account!
      kindly help me with this as i still didnt received my refund

        My Card option not Showing

        I have generated Lazypay card on 14th January.Last 4 digit of the card is 4387 But After closing the App My card option is not showing.please help.I tried data clear, uninstall reinstall app all .but no result.please help me.(Attached screen record )

        If possible I m requesting you please order Physical Card from Your side to my Registered address

          Transaction failed at the merchant end and refund not credited to the lazypay account merchant said that talk to your card or bank..I tried to contact lazypay by mail, twitter but no response from any of them...please look into this matter ..and refund my money in lazy pay account
          ...More than 7 days gone but refund not received...in lazypay account...very bad service from lazypay...my email id :- [protected]@gmail.com

          Same issue for me. They ask for payment when the same was not successful. Cheats.

                  I have hathway broadband account with I am not using since 2020 March as I moved to my hometown and I informed them the same multiple time till 30th Dec 2021, as their executives call me to recharge my account. On 30th Dec 2021, one person called me from [protected] saying that he is from Hathway and when I asked him to terminate my account he said he will terminate my service if I can help him with OTP that I received on my mobile. I was unaware that he is registering me for Lazypay. From the Lazypay executives are calling me every 1 hour . I spoke to one person Alok yesterday and he said he is going to stop making calls for me. Still Lazypay is calling me repeatedly. Here, Lazypay and Hathway are in an agreement to collect money from customers by utilizing customers emails and phone numbers without customers consent. They are hiring such fradulant people and making consumers fools.
                  I would like you to help me in ensuring that my mobile number is deleted from both the companies records. Please let me know if you need any more information.

                    I have done a transaction with ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 2003 on dt. 11.01.2022 to Airtel Gurgaon, the transaction status is showing successful but the order hasn't confirmed so I contacted with Airtel with above ref no they told me that the order hasn't confirmed so you can contact with Lazypay for refund. I have contacted with Lazypay but they are not responding.

                      I have used 486rs. On 6 Jan 2022. That's the only payment I have used in the whole month of January but Lazy pay has charged me 1243rs which I have to repay my bill on the last day which is 18th Jan 2022. Or please call on [protected].

                        I have done a transaction with ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 573.39 on dt. 01.12.2020 to Jio Mart, the transaction was failed but amount has debited from Lazypay account, I have contacted many times with Jio Mart and Lazypay, Jio Mart is telling transaction failed so you can contact with your bank, Lazypay is telling transaction has successful transferred to merchant so you talk with the merchant. I don't understand what to do. It's already more than 45 days I have not received my refund.

                                I want to Permanently delete my account

                                Have a lazypay account
                                The service is they giving it's really Lazy ver clearing my due it's gone failed but money deducted and from refund it's too hard come for it no number contact them only lot's mail to send them very lazypay response
                                and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.still...

                                  I want to clear my current PAN Number details from Lazypay's database, as I entered it wrong once accidentally but now I can't change it as the PAN Details area is greyed out and is not editable anymore! This is keeping me from completing my kyc and receiving more benefits from Lazypay.

                                    Lazypay pay Xpress cash not disbursed to my account

                                    I got an offer to apply for xpress cash from lazypay app for rs 50, 000 . I added all the details and the loan was approved, i have digitally signed the agreement and submitted and it say the money will be credited to your account and is on the way from last 2 days, it's not been credited.

                                    On help and support it says it will be credited immediately to your account but i there is no option to see anything, i even wrote emails...
