Le Eco — After sales service | |||||
Hi, I had purchased Le Eco 1s through flipkart. I dropped my phone and the display broke. I went to the service center as they told me that they would replace my phone with a new one in 25 days at a cost of 4000rs. Its been more than 100 days now and i have not recieved my phone till now. and the service center that i gave my phone is been closed for past 20 days. The customer care guys tell me they will solve the problem but till now have not got any solution from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As i have already complaint against mobile phone alot of time but there is no valid response there are giving us from the day we purchase this handset this handset eihter is not in working mode or either is with services center but still this company is not ready for refund my amount. I would request you to please resolve my problem asap.
