Le Eco — Faulty phone | |||
My name is chetan ram from bangalore, i purchase le eco 1s gold on 2nd feb 2016 in flipcart. After 5months mobil found faulty as it turnout to be black blank screen and do not charge. Checked with le co service team and confirmed that phone has no power and cannot boot. Physically phone looks good and under warranty. Finally, service centre advised me to return back to le eco for repair or new cell phone. I had returned my phone on 30th may 2016 at pramanik mobile service zone, jayanagar bangalore. Service center informed me to wait for 15days for new phone. When i checked on 15th june they said phone has not received and i need to contact le eco team. I called to customer center and explained everything with no luck. Whenever i call le eco they say they will look into this issue and get back within 1day. But still i do not get any response. I am frustrated and i do not have cell phone now. Please advise what i have to do now.
