I have submitted online return policy of my mobile which I have bought on 14th of may from Flip kart, due to software problem but still my complain is open & I have not received any response to take back my mobile, only telephonic talk has been done saying your problem will resolve & we have receive your request for same. My return request order Id is:OD[protected] which was generated on 8th June

Updated by parikhharsh007 Second thing I have also received message that mention on 13th of June, Mr. XYZ(technician) person along with his mobile number & time will reach at your home at 11.00 am & will resolve your problem, but till now no one has came. Further when I call on that number which I have received through message response I received was that-
"Sir we are unknown about your complain & even that person who was going to visit my place to resolve problem was only not knowing about it that he has been assign this query to solve." This show lack of communication gap between team
