In February 2016 I purchased a Le Eco S1 mobile phone through Flipkart and within three months it developed. Problem with its Audio. On 2nd June I gave the phone to the company's authorised service centre in my town. When I called the company's customer care I was told that my phone will be replaced as it is within the warranty period. But no further action has been taken by the company till date, in spite of my repeated phone calls and letter to them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
