Lenovo — Complaining about Laptop "Lenovo S145"

Myself is Bal Kishan and I bought a laptop number Lenovo S145 financed by Balaji Finserve in the month of August at Sanjay Place Agra (Uttar Pradesh) but since the starting the product is not working properly and speed is very slow . I contacted the dealer but I did not get any satisfactory answer then I contacted to finance company as well and they told to contact to contact to Lenovo Customer care.
However I got that number which is[protected] but this number is also not reachable.
As I am a research scholar and running with PhD. thus requesting you to please look into the matter and solve this problem or replace the product as soon as possible.

With reference to my above complaint, I have still not been provided any solution thus please pay your kind consideration as due to my PhD. I am feeling so much menntal pressure without laptop .( because since last three months I am not able to update any written work in my thesis).
