I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from a Lenskart store under Order No. [protected], placed on 19 April 2026. Both pairs of glasses were manufactured based on the eye test conducted by the Lenskart store.
Before purchasing these glasses, I had been using spectacles with a prescription of approximately -1.25 and -1.75, through which I was able to see comfortably. During the eye test at Lenskart, I was informed that my prescription had changed to approximately -0.50 and -1.50, and both pairs of glasses were made using that prescription.
After collecting the glasses, I was on vacation and could not use them regularly for nearly 50 days. When I started wearing them, I immediately noticed that the vision was not clear with both pairs of glasses. Since both glasses were made using the same prescription provided by the store, I believe the eye test may have been inaccurate, resulting in the wrong lens power.
I still have my previous spectacles with me and can produce them for comparison if required.
I first visited the Lenskart store and requested a replacement. However, the store staff informed me that replacement is possible only within 14 days and refused to process my request. My concern is not regarding the 14-day exchange policy. I am requesting a warranty review because Lenskart's own warranty policy covers "Wrong Power (Store/HTO Error)" for up to one year.
I request Lenskart to conduct a fresh eye examination, compare it with the original prescription, and replace the lenses if the original prescription is found to be incorrect.
I have invested in two pairs of eyeglasses that are currently unusable because I cannot see clearly through either of them. I request a fair and prompt resolution in accordance with Lenskart's warranty policy. If required, I am ready to provide my previous spectacles, invoices, and any other supporting documents for verification.
Thank you.
