Lenskart — After 1 year my specs that I brought from lenskart broke and instead of solving issues store manager is saying I have to buy a new

I have purchased a specs with lenses and after 1 year it broke when I went to lenskart shop on sector-7 dwarka from where I have done the purchase the store manager instead of solving my problem he told me that he have no solution to it and I have to buy a new one both the frame and lenses. Previous purchase was of above 6500rs and again I have to buy a new one is this a joke I asked him.He said after 1 year lenskart can't do anything to it.Is customer a fool or what.I told him that on that time you didn't tell anything about the wear and tear that happen after 1 year will be customer's headache not ours.So I want to make a complain regarding company's poor customer service and how they are looting customers.
