[Resolved]  Lenskart — bad quality and pathetic support

I have purchased 2 specs with one contact lens from lenskart store situated at C.P Delhi. Hinge of the specs are very loose & very slippery even I cannot make my face down. The product was of such no inferior quality. I faced several issues with the quality of the frame. I complaint to customer care many times but the problem was not resolved. This was my first purchase of Lenskart for 2 glasses and it was turned out very bad. I never expected this and if this issue is not going to resolve I will not be working forward to make any purchase in future. Moreover the lens they are selling are might be fake. After using the lens from lenskart, I am facing lots of eye problems. Even I am unable to see the small text without stretching the eyes. I am highly dissatisfied with the poor quality of lenskart frames and lenses too and their customer handling.
