Received the order in aug 2017, when there is a lens scratches & frame issue under warranty period complained, but lenskart dragged the issue after so many calls finally placed the order#[protected] in sep 2018 and suggested me to upgrade for blue cut lens, i upgraded & paid, for that they delivered the new blue cut featured lens & frame with 1 yr warranty card in october 2018. My airflex frame was broken & and placed a complaint on dec 18 2018, since then i sent 10-15 emails, 20-30 calls, they keep saying everytime my warranty expired. Howcome when lenskart issued a 1 yr warranty card for the paid new blue cut lens & frame. Once they issued the warranty card, they shud replace & support any issue related that order until the warranty expires which is valid until oct 21 2019. Lenskart asking me to oay money. Lenskart top management shud act & replace this seriously based on the warranty card.
