I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Lenskart, Maninagar branch (Shop No. 1, Shreekar Avenue, Bairavnath Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, 380008).
On March 15, 2025, I visited the store for an eye checkup and placed an order for Aqualens contact lenses worth ₹598. I was assured that my order would be ready for pickup on March 17. However, on March 18, I received a call informing me that due to an internal mistake (not the store's fault, as per the caller), a liquid solution had been received instead of my lenses. I was then given the option to place a new order, which would arrive within 2-3 days.
To my frustration, today I received another call asking whether I wanted a refund or a fresh order. When I questioned the repeated delays, the representative was disinterested in resolving my issue and insisted on processing a refund instead of fulfilling my original order. When I asked for his name, he simply said "Maninagar branch" and nothing more. Worse, when I expressed my frustration over this delay and inconvenience, he laughed over the phone, which I found highly unprofessional.
