Lenskart — Damaged glasses and still no resolution after 3 weeks and affecting my daily doing

I wanted to share my experience with Lenskart and seek advice on whether their proposed resolution is fair.
On 21 June, I visited a Lenskart store with three frames. One of my Sky Blue Hustlr glasses had a screw issue. The staff member said it wasn’t rust, removed the temple arm, and spent around 10 minutes trying to put it back together but couldn’t. He repeatedly asked me to leave the glasses at the store, but I refused because I needed them for driving and went home wearing the glasses with only one temple arm attached.
On 22 June, I returned to the store and left the glasses for repair. No one asked for my contact details or gave me any acknowledgment, job sheet, or receipt.
On 23 June, when I went to collect them, the store said they could only locate one frame and that my glasses might have been sent to a warehouse or another location for repair. I was told to wait.
On 29 June, I finally received my glasses back. While checking them in the store, I noticed that both lenses had become heavily scratched, even though they were not scratched when I handed them over. The scratches are clearly visible in person, although they are difficult to capture on a phone camera. Initially, the store manager denied there were any scratches, but after inspecting the glasses further, she said she would discuss the matter with customer care.
On 30 June, I visited again, but there was still no resolution. I then emailed Lenskart’s grievance team and sent follow-up emails. For several days, I received no response. Only after I mentioned that I would escalate the matter further did customer care contact me.
Customer care informed me that they are willing to replace either the frame or the lenses after 20 days, but not both even tho Ut the same hinge i told rust in started to show rust in the front end . Even though both were purchased with different accounts. They explained that the frame and lenses are treated as separate products in their system. They also mentioned that the frame may be replaced under warranty, but for the lenses they are offering only standard anti-glare lenses instead of the Blue Cut lenses that were on my glasses when I handed them over saying that the offer ended(like WTF). They also said that if the store confirms responsibility for the damage, they may be able to review the decision.
My concern is that I handed over a complete pair of glasses for a minor screw repair and received them back with scratched lenses after multiple visits and weeks of delay. I feel the glasses should be restored to the same condition and specifications they were in before they were handed over.
Do you think Lenskart’s offer to replace only one component is fair, or should they restore the entire pair to the condition it was in before the repair?
