My order number [protected] Placed on July 8 for contact lens and solution. First problem delivery not made . Repeatedly calling resulted in me being told that courier person can't find anyone at home or can't find address. When I as ready to guide him even. Maybe courier company fault since i know blue dart is a horrible company even my local icici branch says so. Then provided with alternate address. Product reached yesterday 4th August. First problem one lens box containing 3 lenses not present. Second lens solution has leaked in transit. Upon telling courier person about state of such. He refused any questions. And sed we can't courier liquids and if do say at your own risk be it. When I said I refuse to accept the package and shut the door. He threw packpackin front of my building security's cabin and left hurling abuses. If that wasn't enough he was asking for 200 to settle the issue and come and collect it from me and return it.
