I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart regarding my recent orders (#[protected] and #[protected]).
Although the products were eventually delivered, the overall service was far below expectations. There were significant delays in processing and dispatch without proper explanation. Tracking updates were unclear and often unavailable, which made it difficult to know the actual status of the orders.
Another major issue was the lack of coordination between customer care and store teams. I received conflicting information from different sources, which created confusion and reduced trust in the service. For an essential product like eyewear, this level of miscommunication is not acceptable.
Customer support was also inconsistent, especially regarding my father’s glasses under one of the orders, where clear guidance and timely resolution were missing.
Most importantly, there was very poor communication throughout the process — no proactive updates about delays or order status.
While the products eventually arrived, the experience was unnecessarily stressful. I hope Lenskart improves its tracking system, communication, and internal coordination to avoid such issues for future customers. Was this information helpful? |
