[Resolved] Lenskart — denying replacement saying out of stock | |||
Order number : [protected] date of purchase : 26th may 2018 Amount : 6500 My frame was found manufacturing defect and they have informed same frame not available and forced me to choose a different one. As it was 15 days in the process of replacement i choose one frame, they have sent me a used frame as replacement where it is peeled off with scratches. They have arranged pick up of this peeled off frame and received on 14th apr 2019 in their ware house and customer care person called harneet told she will provide store credit and gift voucher through email and asked me to visit nearby store. Yesterday i have visited a lenskart store they told there is no store credit or gift voucher to place replacement order. Till now i have not received any store credit and gift voucher. Which ever frame i select they kept telling out of stock and forcing to choose leftover frames which i did not like. I want my money back as it is more than 25 days now. I have selected some other frame from rayban which cost rs 5852 compared to rs 6000 of john jacob brand but they denied to replace with rayban which is available and lesser amount. They kept forcing to choose some frame which is not good at all. They did not prepare the lenses with actual prescription power due to which i got pain in my eyes and doctor has shared the wrong power which they used for lenses. Either allow to replace product id 117882 or from ray-ban rx6266 model. Worst service, they have taken back the frame and lenses and money and within warranty period of replacement kept telling no stock all the times.
