I bought a sunglasses from lenskart Lajpat Nagar store on 02/10/2020 for 4130/- rs (Bill attached ) . Also when I asked for the price the sales person told me 2500/- but billed me for 4130/-
When I asked why the difference she quoted sir by mistake I said 2500/-
I ignored it and paid 4130/-
Yesterday I saw this ad of the same sunglasses for 1700/- on john jacobs page(screenshot attached) .
I felt really cheated so went to the same store to Inquire about the same .
I was astonished to know from the manager that this happens all the time and you guys change prices and deals everyday. And even today he told me the sunglasses were for 2500/- but I was sold the same ones for 4130/ just like that day.
I want a refund of the extra amount that I’ve paid .
If not I will be making a complaint to the consumer forum and taking all other legal necessary actions possible .
It’s not about the money but wrong business practices by lenskart & its associates .
