[Resolved]  Lenskart — Extremely delayed delivery & False Promises

I had placed an order on 11th May for a unit of prescription glasses and the delivery was expected on 17th of may which got pushed to 19th and it's still not delivered. Upon contacting Lenskart customer service, i was promised delivery with 48 hours on 22nd May. I have a high power and is extremely hard to function without glasses. I ordered from lenskart hoping that i could get my replacement glasses and this has been the most inconvenient experience. There has been no action taken to resolve the matter or compensate for the bad service. Please look into the matter urgently
