[Resolved] Lenskart — facing problem in frame... it is under warranty... but lenskart is now not solving the problem.. | |||||
I have bought a frame in aug 2018 from lenskart... Some days back one arm of the frame was loose... I tightened it.. But then there was problem in alignment.. It was under warranty.. So i visited the store.. There they said me to sign some bond.. Stating that if the frame breaks they are not responsible... I then called the customer care.. They said to send me pics... I sent them... But i havent received any help from them... Its been days... I use high power lens... Its very difficult for me to work without lens... At the time of buying they used to call daily and assure that there wont be any prob in frame and if any prob will be there they will repair it or replace it... But now they aint even replying... Such poor service lenskart provides... I want lenskart to solve my issue asp... U people are simply cheating your customers in the name of warranty..
