[Resolved]  Lenskart — facing problem in frame... it is under warranty... but lenskart is now not solving the problem..

I have bought a frame in aug 2018 from lenskart... Some days back one arm of the frame was loose... I tightened it.. But then there was problem in alignment.. It was under warranty.. So i visited the store.. There they said me to sign some bond.. Stating that if the frame breaks they are not responsible... I then called the customer care.. They said to send me pics... I sent them... But i havent received any help from them... Its been days... I use high power lens... Its very difficult for me to work without lens... At the time of buying they used to call daily and assure that there wont be any prob in frame and if any prob will be there they will repair it or replace it... But now they aint even replying... Such poor service lenskart provides... I want lenskart to solve my issue asp... U people are simply cheating your customers in the name of warranty.. My orderid is — [protected]

Really very disappointing this is...I went to the store again and they took my frame for repair..they didn't do anything..my frame was not replaced or repaired..they said the frame might break..they denied to replace..it's been so long.. they are just wasting my time...

the frame condition is same as before...they havent done anything...just cheated again saying that they have informed the store to replace and all...to which the store boy completely denied...they are supposed to receive a mail which these people havent sent them...these people are just passing days so that the product would go out of warranty...i cant wear my specs...getting a headache wearing that defected frame...why you people then show off about your frame then...its just like wearing a 100rs frame from any local shop and paying 1000+rs on it...just another way to cheat consumers...online shopping!!!
