I ordered two spectacles from lenskart store hyderabad.. They said to me that u will get your order with in 7 days but first ordered i received in 15 days.. But this was not my order that i placed.. Then they said they will send same frame to delhi (Okhla) office for replacement.. And i paid my whole amount.. And this time after 10 days they said your order is lost by courier company.. And again placed the order... I talk with lenskart representative for compensation this time.. He said give two days i will talk with superior but no reply came till date... One of the representative was saying i am the senior most.. I said no means no only.. Then i said can i talk/meet with your management person he said no. Its not in company policy..
