[Resolved] Lenskart — frame broken within 2 days | |||
I have recently purchased 2 lenskart spectacles with thin anti glare lens. The product boasts of a 1 year warranty but barely lasted 2 days. Upon application of slight pressure, the frame handles got deformed. I was expecting the product to be of tough steel but the quality was found to be extremly delicate upon reception. I am devastated and request a replacement or refund. This is the 2nd day from receipt of the order. Was this information helpful? | |||
