[Resolved]  Lenskart — fraud store-->don't buy in lenskart

Hi,
Bought a spectacle with buy one get one offer in lens kart store. The guy mentioned about the spectacle with all the coatings. After few weeks o[censored]sage i got discomfort with the product. So thought of giving the product and asked for refund. I also raised a complaint and they told they wont give refund as the refund duration is over.

Also checked the receipt and i was shocked to see the amount split up. The frame which cost for a meager amount is sold at high price. Also nothing mentioned about the type of lens in the receipt except the coating charges.The frame is priced 6th the time compared to the online purchase.

Also they informed the lens is from British optical lens but nothing will gets mentioned in the receipt if you buy and also the frame as vintage chase. Both are their own products. They hide such things and try to sell those quality less products to the customers and earn the money.

If you check with the customer care they blindly inform that money is not refundable. They also close the complaint ticket with out any queries or the inputs from the customer.

Dont ever go to Lenskart

HI.

I have visited your store in Gurgaon and placed order and opted gold membership as well. My order id is [protected]. Concerned executive has not provided complete information. After coming back when I have checked online found that there is difference in amount and also at same price better options are available which was not explained in your store.

Please do not process my order.
