Lenskart — I want correct invoice on patient name

I have verified eye power for my family member and purchased spects against it, While generating prescription they have used correct name of family member but while generating invoice they have used my name. This discrepancy in prescription and invoice is raised query while claiming insurance benefits. I am trying to convince Lenskart team about their fault but they are stubborn on their decision of not changing it. I have tried to put this in different ways 3 times, but they are not aggrieng on this. I dont know why cant they correct it. Attaching both prescription and invoice with different names.
