Hi there, today i went to lenskart store which is located in
Plot No 4, P6, Ground Floor, Talwandi, adjacent to Rajasthan Juice Centre, Kota, Rajasthan 324005. i was there for around one and a half hour waiting for my checkup.. there was only 2 or 1 person before me for their eye checkup they said to me to wait for a while until their eye getting check I think that both of them went back from the eye checkup room in 10 minutes and after that i think now its my turn they stopped me there and said wait for a while.after 15 minutes i again asked to the worker to go for my check up they wait for more while and after approximately one and a half hour i was so angry because i was getting so late to went back for my hostel because i was to go 5 kms from the shop i shouted at them that why are taking too much time they said that when we will get time then we will check and literally they were doing nothing i said i am going back they started abusing me and misbehaved with me i am so angry for their rude behaviour towards me... There was 3 4 for employees working their and one of them was so rudely behaving Was this information helpful? |
