[Resolved] Lenskart — Incorrect specs delivered and customer service no help

Incorrect order delivered.
I ordered 2 spectacles from Lenskart, one was delivered on 23rd aug.but it was not the one i ordered, it was of someone else. I called customer service of lenskart since 2days, everytime they take all the details, and assure call back within 24hrs but no help. I want my correct spectacles.
