I cancelled my order on 7/03/2023 and the refund of ₹2714 was supposed to be credited on my account by 21/03/2023. When I didn't receive my order even after 21st of March I contacted the customer service of Lenskart. As per their request I provided them my bank statement and they assured me that they will keep in update in minimum time. I never received a call from their side. It was always me who calls them and explain my whole problem from the start. On 4th of April I called the customer service again and asked them about the update, he asked me to visit the bank branch and ask them about the payment status, so according to his request I visited the bank and there I got to know that that payment has been reversed to the payer's account. I immediately I contacted the customer care and through mail I provided them my bank statement along with the screenshot of the desktop (as proof that the payment has been reversed). They asked me to wait till 10th of April and today is 11th of April and as always no one contacted to about the status. So I called them and explain the whole issue again from the beginning. The excecutive told me that the issue has been escalated the to refund department and no update has been initiated by them.
When will I receive my money????
