I am writing this to warn other customers about the pathetic service, medical negligence, and harassment I faced at Lenskart Davanagere Store (AM Arcade, Vidyarthi Bhavan Circle).
Wrong Eye Power: The optometrist provided a completely incorrect eye prescription. After facing severe eye strain, I consulted a qualified hospital eye specialist, who confirmed a massive variance in SPH, CYL, and Axis values compared to Lenskart's report. Wearing this wrong power can cause permanent vision damage.
Staff Misbehaviour: When I went to the store with the hospital medical report, the staff behaved in an arrogant, rude, and disrespectful manner, telling me to "go get it checked elsewhere." Their attitude changed only when I started recording a video. I possess conclusive video evidence of their misconduct.
Ignored Support & Fake Promises: I contacted customer care multiple times. Representative Akanksha wasted 30 minutes on a call, falsely claiming to log a complaint without actually raising a ticket (Audio recordings available). Though Ticket #[protected] was later logged, Lenskart management has completely ignored it for over a week with zero resolution.

Demand:
Full refund of the spectacle amount, reimbursement of medical/travel expenses, strict action against the store staff, and a formal written apology. Lenskart must be held accountable for playing with customers' health and time!
