I purchased a product from Lenskart at Kollam Main Road in August 2025, and was promised a ₹690 benefit redeemable in a single transaction at any store by providing my mobile number and OTP. Due to urgency, I bought a new pair of spectacles, but when I tried to redeem the benefit at High School Junction, Kollam on 20th March 2026, the staff was unaware of the offer and initially refused. At the original store, I was given contradictory instructions and told only ₹302 could be adjusted now. Lenskart’s resolution is a voucher worth ₹690 valid for less than a month, which is unreasonable given my urgent purchase. The misleading information and unprofessional behaviour caused significant inconvenience.
