I placed two orders on 14th May 2025 from Lenskart:
1. Order ID: [protected] at 5:33 PM
2. Order ID: [protected] at 7:17 PM
Both were cancelled at the Lenskart store, and I was assured the refund would be credited within 12 hours.
I only received one refund, but the second refund (Order #[protected]) is still pending, despite 5+ days of continuous follow-up.

On dated 2nd may 2025 I lost my power glass in ksrtc bus when I am travelling back from bangalore to mysore,
Hence I reported to lenskart where they said insurance is available for my purchase but they will be not able to claim for lost.

I visited the store for a simple, minor adjustment to my glass frame — something that should have taken barely a few minutes. Instead, I was made to wait endlessly while the staff chose to attend to new walk-in customers, completely ignoring my presence.

Bought Crystal Transparent Full Rim Geometric Model No : LA E16163, Product ID : 211430 via order number : [protected] dated: 25 Nov 2024. The frame is being used with expensive (Non lenskart) lenses for the child for study purposes. Now the nose pad is broken and store says it does not have a spare nosepad and model is out of stock. Since the warranty is out so they cannot do anything and customercare says we have to buy another glasses....

I ordered 2 glasses from lenskart. I received my first glasses delivery and received a empty box . I called the delivery box within 5 minutes, the delivery boy said this has happened with other people also. Contact lenskart. I filed for a replacement order now they denied the replacement and are saying you did it. They're just looting people's money, taking no responsibility of their mistake.
