[Resolved]  Lenskart — Please repair or replace my defective frame

Hello sir/ma'am,

A few months before i bought lenskart air matte dark blue rectangle specs from lenskart from malviya Patangar Bazar Store, Gwalior(MP). After fews days only colour of the frame started coming out and infact lens was also getting dusty frequently. When we asked salesman to replace it, he told there is only that one model in that category and the piece given to us might be defected. Since there was no other model to choose he replaces our frame with the same design another frame present in the shop . He asked us to wait for any other designs to come

The new changed frame is also defected and colour is coming out of it as well . Can you please look into this issue

All i now want is to get my frame replaced with the new designs which has same features like the one i purchased...
If both not possible then money refund
