[Resolved] Lenskart — refund and return | |||
I had ordered a rayban frame order no [protected] it was delivered to me on 7th of february. I dint seek that frame to be right so i opt to return the very next day it was picked up from my place i. E. On 8th of feb 2019. It’s been 9 days and yet i have not been refunded my amount of 6590 rs. And over that the customer desk tell me that the return is still in transit. What kind of service is this when lenskart doesn’t stick to their own policy. No update is being provided to me. I need my refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
