[Resolved] Lenskart — Refund not credited even after waiting for given given timeline

I have returned my order [protected] on 25yh January and they said that refund is initiated from their side on 27th January and wait for 48 hours to receive money but more than 4 days have passed and money is not credited in my upi account till now

I have received refund in my account after a long time as the final date for refund credit was 1 Feb but I got it on 3rd Feb because of my effort of contacting them everytime and the team does not have proper knowledge of issue and give irrelevant response I just got my refund because of my efforts and not of the lenskart team. Very poor service of lenskart
