Dear Lenskart Customer Care,
I am writing to register a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Lenskart store in Guna (M.P.).
On 14/09/2025, I purchased a frame with lenses product range of worth ₹5000/- from the store. At the time of purchase, your sales executive clearly informed me that:
The product carried a one-month replacement guarantee for any frame of the same price range. without any extra charges
The replacement would include lenses of the same quality without any additional charges.
The product would also continue to enjoy the one-year warranty.
However, when I visited the store today to request a replacement (as the frame is uncomfortable on my face), the salesperson refused to honor the commitment. Instead, I was asked to pay extra money and was told that if I replaced the product, the warranty would lapse. This is completely contradictory to what was assured & commit to me at the time of purchase.
I request you to kindly replace my frame (including lenses) with another product of the same price range (₹5000/-) and same lens quality,
I trust that Lenskart values its customers / consumers and will resolve this matter at the earliest (2 to 3 days). I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
